Bonifacio Global City (BGC) never fails to amuse the public with their arts. They have themed parks which caters different concepts every year. In fact, all throughout the BGC one can find art.
When I see this tarp, I often wonder what they have this year, as I can't really find the arts, apart from the ones in the parks.
